
Yesterday after a really difficult day, I decided that the only thing I wanted to do was come home and take a long, hot bubble bath. On the days when I find myself extremely stressed, I know that regardless of what is happening in my life, a bubble bath always makes everything seem better. My husband knows if he comes home and finds me soaking in the tub with my eyes closed that it’s been a rough day. He doesn’t even have to ask what happened, but instead waits until I get out of the bubble bath so that I can tell him when I’m ready. Thankfully, I don’t have those kinds of days that often, but I do make sure that I keep a supply of bubble bath on hand just in case they arise. I usually order two or three bottles at a time from the Internet, since the prices are so much better than buying them at the mall. If you’re one of those people who aren’t quite sure how to deal with those stressful days, then I highly recommend spending a little time in the bath. It’s truly one of the best stress relievers I know.
