My husband and I spent the long weekend away with friends and I had one of the best times of my life. For years we’ve talked about renting a hotel and spending the weekend along the beach and watching the fireworks, and that’s finally what we decided to do this year. I took along some of my favorite bubble bath, because I knew after a long day at the beach every day that I would want to run a cool bubble bath and relax. That’s exactly what I did, each one of the three nights we stayed. On the night of the 4th, I actually had my bubble bath before the fireworks began and we sat outside on the balcony and watched them. We were away from the crowds and it was pleasant. I noticed last night that I used the last of the bottle of bubble bath so I knew that the first thing I’d do today when we got home, after throwing some wash in the machine was order some new bubble bath online. I did that and hopefully they will arrive in about a week. In the meantime, I guess I’ll just have to go without.
