Treating Myself to a Bubble Bath |

Every woman should learn how to treat herself well. The modern media plants images in our minds of what we think we should look like. This isn't very healthy for our self-image or self-esteem. We have to deal with the daily grind of being responsible. For many people, there is little or no time to play. We have little time for ourselves and not enough time for anything else. Our society doesn't teach us to quiet the mind; rather, it does quite the opposite. That's why it's important to take a moment, relax and get away. Taking a bubble bath can be a very positive experience if we allow it to be.
I love meditating during a bubble bath. It's important to just be in the moment and be conscious about our breathing. It's wonderful to simply let go about the millions of thoughts running through our minds. A bubble bath is a great way to soothe the muscles and focus on the gentleness of the experience.
A bubble bath is a great time to think positive thoughts. It's also a wonderful time to be thankful for everything we have. It's also a wonderful time to release tension and let go of what troubles us. A bubble bath can be a very spiritual experience if we let it become one.
