bubble bath


Don't you love giving your baby a bath? I sometimes like to make it a bubble bath and let him splash around a bit. The wonder and delight my baby boy derives from the feel of the warm water and the gentle, soothing bubbles brings a warm smile to my face.

I like to wait until my husband is home from work to share this special treat of bathing our son. My husband may every so often offer to do the task himself. He is very gentle with his son and also enjoys creating the bubble bath experience for him. I have left the two of them alone and shown up shortly afterwards with the camera in hand. I have captured some pretty cool father and son bubble bath moments this way.

After a nice warm bubble bath I wrap my baby boy into a fleece blanket. He is so content and at peace. I have rolled him over on his belly to reveal the soft curves of his baby behind. Which presented another photo opportunity not to be overlooked. Babies bubble bath is a special time of day indeed.
